ProShow Systems is a leading production services company in Memphis, TN that provides state-of-the-art event solutions for concerts, festivals, corporate meetings and private events. Our company is seeking full-time Video Technicians to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up and operation of small to large-scale video systems for live and corporate events. 

This is a full-time, hourly position and is eligible for overtime. Hours will vary based on the schedule of events which does include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities 

  • Assemble, set, operate, strike and disassemble video equipment in corporate and live entertainment environments. 
  • Plan, rack dress, wire, connect, install, commission and service a wide variety of video systems and equipment. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot video equipment including LED walls, videoconferencing equipment, cameras, video screens, displays, projectors, and projector screens.
  • Ensure all video equipment is in good working order, making recommendations for upgrades, repairs, and maintenance as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Video experience in corporate and live entertainment environments.
  • Knowledge of video connections used in the corporate and live event industries.
  • Knowledge of entertainment video equipment and supplies including but not limited to: video projectors, TV’s, media servers, video switchers, LED video walls and broadcast systems and understanding of general video signals types and formats.
  • Follow instructions, works well with a team and provide outstanding customer service while performing on-site work.
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs and work in various elevations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Audio Engineer

Our company is seeking full-time Audio Engineers to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of high-end audio equipment for live and corporate events at various venues. 

This is a full-time, hourly position and is eligible for overtime. Hours will vary based on the schedule of events which does include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities 

  • Set, operate, and strike of audio equipment in corporate and live entertainment environments. 
  • Interpret artist riders and specifications to adequately prepare for live events. 
  • Laying electrical and sound cables in a logical and safe manner while working together with the entire crew as a team.
  • Ensure the proper care and handling of all company and rental audio equipment while at the event.
  • Disassembling audio equipment and packing up after the event.
  • Ensure all audio equipment is in good working order, making recommendations for upgrades, repairs, and maintenance as necessary.
  • Assist in all aspects of stage and audio operations while at the event.
  • Follow instructions and provide outstanding customer service while performing on-site work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in FOH and monitor audio mixing for live event and executive meetings. 
  • Knowledgeable about and experienced with complex sound equipment including, but not limited to: equalizers, microphones, recording equipment, digital mixing consoles, etc.
  • Technical expertise in sound engineering techniques (e.g., equalization, compressions, filters and plug ins, microphone placement).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with stage lighting and/or video is a plus.

Stage Lighting Technician

Our company is seeking full-time Stage Lighting Technicians to join our team. This position is responsible for developing lighting designs for live and corporate events at various venues. 

This is a full-time, hourly position and is eligible for overtime. Hours will vary based on the schedule of events which does include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Set, operate, and strike of lighting equipment in corporate and live entertainment environments.
  • Test and troubleshoot all moving and lamp light equipment functions, general repair and maintenance of the equipment, preparing equipment for events and returning equipment back to inventory.
  • Perform the hanging, cabling, and focus of all projection, conventional and intelligent lighting fixtures as designed and assist in trouble-shooting any problems that may arise.
  • Assemble and disassemble lighting equipment at the venue and packing up after the event.
  • Oversee and operate systems pertaining to lighting throughout the entire event.
  • Involvement in rigging including truss hangs.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with stage lighting elements, including basic wiring and console programming in both corporate and live entertainment events.

Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Provide organizational leadership to warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control along with overall operations and physical conditions of the warehouse facilities and equipment. 
  • Training of team members; planning, assigning, directing and delegating work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Resolve problems related to processes, orders, maintenance, inventory control, equipment that affect the ability to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Oversee and assist in performing general maintenance and repair of equipment such as audio, lighting, video and backline bringing equipment up to factory specification before returning to stock.
  • May function as a delivery driver. This includes after hour pick-ups.
  • Assist in setting audio, lighting and video at events.
  • Ensure equipment is re-stocked correctly according to standards set forth by the Company.
  • Manage the loading of equipment onto delivery vehicles to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform tasks that involve lifting and moving objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • May perform other tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in warehouse operations.
  • Must have clean driving record.
  • Strong safety leadership and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and leading a team.
  • Motivated, self-starter that can execute with minimal direction.
  • Must be certified in operating any “powered” equipment handling machines which include, but are not limited to: pallet jacks and forklifts.
